Choosing a therapist to share your story with can be daunting, I’m honored you are considering me to be a part of your journey. I am a Practicing Counseling Associate who works with individuals ages seventeen and up. You might be seeking counseling because you are tired of battling with an inner critic who says you aren’t enough. Or perhaps past traumas continue to impact your life today, preventing you from moving into the life you desire. If you're feeling disconnected from the person you long to be, I'm here to help.
My passion is to bring trauma-informed, embodied, and mindful approaches into the therapy space. I believe healing happens when we include the mind, body, and soul. I desire to provide a safe and sacred space where you are accepted and cared for, free to share your story and longings as we move together, towards the wellbeing you desire. The connection and care found in counseling, coupled with your courage and curiosity, are a powerful combination that can lead to healing and growth.
